I began my acting career at age 6, Go-Go dancing with Bugs Bunny in a Kool-Aid commercial. Since then I've done everything from “day-player” roles to leads in films, starred in multiple network television series, and performed on stages all over the world.

I'm also a writer. My first book Shut Up & Dance—The Joy of Letting Go of the Lead, On the Dance Floor and Off, was published by Penguin, and I’ve read my work at various spoken word events including Spoken Interludes, Poetry in Motion, and Sunday Night Sex Talks. I'm currently at work on my second book.

But my greatest passion is personal coaching. I coach actors for TV, film, and theater, and I teach writers to feel comfortable in front of audiences and cameras so they can make the most of their readings and media appearances. I'm also a certified Tools® life coach. In this work I help everyone form performing artists and writers to CEOs overcome the psychological blocks that keep them from achieving their goals.

Please contact me here to book a coaching session. I look forward to hearing from you!

New Tools® Group starts Sat March 3rd at 2pm!

I'm thrilled to announce a new 4-week Tools® Group starting Saturday March 3rd. This group will be different from past Groups in that I will be more proactive in the way the group is run. The meetings will also be longer which will allow us to go deeper into the work. I will focus on a different Tool at each meeting and discuss cues and uses for each. I will also help members to customize the Tool meditations to make them more personally effective. As always, the Tools® Groups are an opportunity to ask questions and are a wonderful way to connect with like minded people who are studying this extraordinary psycho-spiritual work. When: Four consecutive Saturdays in March from 2-4pm starting March 3rd. Where: Toluca Lake area Price: $235 If I haven't worked with you before, a phone interview (no charge) is required. Contact me for details!

Next Tools® group starts Wednesday August 2nd!

When I began my work with Phil I was at a low point in my career and in my personal life. I’d seen many shrinks and had been involved with many various self-help systems but nothing created real change until Phil introduced me to The Tools® and taught me how to apply them to my life. Now that Dr. Stutz and his partner Barry Michels have codified The Tools into a straightforward and easy to understand book, anyone and everyone can benefit from this groundbreaking and transformative work. The purpose of the group is to create a safe and confidential place for people to ask questions, share their experiences, and receive support in the implementation of The Tools techniques in their day-to-day lives. The group will begin in August in the Toluca Lake area and held on six consecutive Wednesday evenings, 8/2-9/6 from 7:00-8:30pm. The group will be limited to 12 participants and will cost $150 for all four sessions. All participants must have read the book. A phone interview (no charge) is required before acceptance in the group. For more information and to schedule a phone interview please contact me at 323-799-8311 or Jamie@jamierosehere.com
